Our facilities management team is at the heart of shaping that experience, delivering projects that elevate how students live, learn, and connect. We're looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our high-performing team and lead meaningful capital and campus projects from concept through construction. As the College's primary on-site representative, you'll play a key role in delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards-while collaborating closely with faculty, staff, and campus partners. This is a unique opportunity to make a visible, lasting impact on campus while working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Required Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
  • High school degree and a minimum four years experience in project management, construction administration and inspections to include diverse experience in civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing construction projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Applicants must possess a valid driver's license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, strong organizational and communication skills, and a clear commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Candidates for this position must be eligible to work in the United States. VISA sponsorship is not offered.

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in an architectural/engineering field and five years experience in project management, construction administration and inspections to include diverse experience in architectural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing construction projects
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Assetworks, Google Drive, OneDrive and other collaborative software.
  • Working knowledge of SUNY contracting procedures 7554, 7555 and 7557

License/Certification
