Job description

AI Vision Processors For Edge Applications

Our solutions make cameras smarter by extracting valuable data from high-resolution video streams.

Job Description

Ambarella is a leading fabless semiconductor company powering the next generation of edge AI-based computer vision. Our SoCs enable real-world AI across autonomous driving, intelligent video, industrial automation, and robotics.

The Role

We’re looking for a senior ecosystem leader to build and scale Ambarella’s global ISV ecosystem. This role focuses on defining high-value Edge AI use cases, recruiting best-fit ISVs, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver validated, market-ready solutions across key verticals.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and prioritize enterprise Edge AI use cases across Smart Cities, Industrial, Retail, Robotics, and Automotive
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact ISVs globally
  • Build a scalable, use-case-driven ISV ecosystem aligned to Ambarella's Edge AI platforms
  • Partner with Solutions, GTM, and Sales teams to enable solution validation and deployment
  • Continuously assess ecosystem gaps and drive demand-driven growth
Why This Role

Enterprise AI is moving rapidly from the cloud to the edge—and Ambarella is at the center of that shift. In this role, you’ll have direct ownership and visibility to shape a global Edge AI ecosystem, influence how solutions go to market, and turn cutting-edge technology into real customer impact. If you’re motivated by building ecosystems—not just partnerships—this role offers the scope and influence to help define what’s next in Edge AI.

What You Bring
  • 12-18+ years in partner development, ecosystem, or business development roles
  • Experience with AI/ML, Edge AI, SaaS, or enterprise software platforms
  • Proven success recruiting and scaling ISV ecosystems
  • Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Success Metrics (First 12-18 Months)
  • Build a pipeline of 100+ targeted ISVs aligned to priority verticals
  • Recruit 20-30 high-quality ISVs delivering differentiated Edge AI solutions
  • Enable 10-15 ISVs through solution validation with Partner Solutions teams
  • Deliver 2-3 ISV-led solutions per priority vertical ready for GTM
Compensation

The base range is $265,000 - $300,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. We also offer new hire RSU grants and the opportunity for annual RSU grants, as well as other highly competitive benefits.

Highlights

Combining technical expertise and a commitment to quality, Ambarella has established itself as the industry standard for excellence in video performance by offering pristine imagery, efficient compression, and low-power operation. For our next phase of growth, we are looking for talented team members to help us deliver our advanced computer vision algorithms to tomorrow’s intelligent video products.

Target Applications

Our target applications include autonomous vehicles, intelligent video surveillance, Self-flying drones, smart-wearable cameras, 360-degree immersive video, and more.
