This permanent night shift opportunity is designed for an experienced maintenance professional who thrives in highly technical manufacturing environments supporting advanced semiconductor fabrication equipment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining production uptime by troubleshooting, repairing, optimizing, and improving sophisticated electro-mechanical manufacturing systems. Working alongside equipment engineers, process engineers, production personnel, and external vendors, this individual will help ensure manufacturing reliability while supporting both production operations and continuous process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, maintain, and optimize advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electro-mechanical production systems.
  • Troubleshoot high-vacuum equipment, precision manufacturing systems, RF technologies, and automated process tools.
  • Partner with Process Engineering and Equipment Engineering teams to maximize equipment performance and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Support production and research activities through rapid equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate with equipment suppliers to obtain replacement components and schedule technical service support.
