Senior Project Manager (Data Center Physical Security / Low Voltage Systems)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 + Benefits


Bright Minds is searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of data center physical security and low-voltage system projects in the Phoenix area. This role will oversee projects involving electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and related technical infrastructure within complex, fast-paced environments.


In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from kickoff through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, materials, and field execution to ensure successful delivery. You’ll coordinate closely with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams while maintaining strong communication and high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll also track financial performance, manage change orders, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.


Requirements for the Senior Project Manager (Data Center Security / Low Voltage Systems):

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in engineering, field service, or project management
  • 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, including advanced coaching, mentoring, and team development experience
  • Experience with Electronic security systems, Fire alarm & life safety, or Building automation systems
  • Strong financial acumen, including cost control and project financial management
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and project documentation
  • Expert project management experience in technical environments (low voltage, BAS, fire alarm, security systems)
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects in fast-paced environments
  • Industry certifications or project management certifications (PMP or similar)
