Compensation: $11,000 - $12,000 per month (DOE) + expenses

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physical Security Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of physical security projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing security system deployments, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and related infrastructure projects.

This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and technical teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.

          Job Description
          • Manage end-to-end physical security projects from planning through implementation and project closeout.
          • Coordinate installation and deployment of CCTV, access control, surveillance, alarm, and related security systems.
          • Develop project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
          • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
          • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
          • Ensure compliance with security standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
          • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
          • Coordinate site surveys, system testing, commissioning, and project documentation.
          • Review vendor proposals, purchase orders, and project deliverables.
          • Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during implementation phases.
          Qualifications
          • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
          • 5+ years of project management experience in physical security, low-voltage systems, or related infrastructure projects.
          • Strong knowledge of:
