SUMMARY:
Natus Sensory is seeking an experienced and results-driven Information Technology Director to join our management team. This role is responsible for setting the company's IT strategy and vision in alignment with corporate objectives to support business scalability. The ideal candidate will lead the management of the Transition Services Agreement (TSA) for Natus Sensory, Inc., ensuring smooth operations and the successful implementation of key IT initiatives, with a specific focus on Salesforce application implementations. This role also involves developing and enforcing information technology policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance on all IT-related matters.
This position will be pivotal in facilitating collaboration and communication related to the services provided through our TSA agreement, while also leading strategic application implementation projects to drive the company's overall growth. The individual will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external stakeholders to align IT strategies with business goals, ensuring that technology solutions are effectively implemented, adopted, and optimized.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage Transition Services Agreement (TSA): Oversee the successful execution of TSA-related activities for the company, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and timelines.
  • Service Continuity: Monitor and maintain seamless IT services during the TSA period, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to manage all aspects of the TSA.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any challenges or roadblocks related to TSA services and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Salesforce Leadership: Lead and manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with company goals.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping them leverage technology to meet strategic goals.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and drive improvements through technology, including the ongoing strategy on insourcing vs. TSA to support business growth.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to IT service delivery.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes by employees.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track IT performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence, including system uptime, user satisfaction, cost management, and project delivery timelines.
  • TSA Optimization: Manage TSA work with other business partners, identify parts of the TSA that need to be split up, and find opportunities within the TSA to create cost savings opportunities.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Serve as the company's expert in Salesforce implementation, ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are optimized for business needs.

Travel Required:
Some travel is required, up to 30%
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will potentially manage direct reports in the future but not in the near term of the role.
Qualifications Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent level of education and experience in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field of study; professional certifications in IT governance, security, or project management (CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP) are preferred.
  • 5+ years of medical device or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience and a successful track record of IT leadership, execution, and delivery.
  • Extensive managerial experience within the following technical environments: Windows Server, Exchange, Microsoft Office, mobile connectivity, virtual private networking, wireless networking, and help desk operations.
  • Experience in collaboration as an IT business partnership role, with significant exposure to managing transaction service agreements.
  • Proven expertise in managing cloud-based infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure) to ensure scalable and cost-effective IT operations.
  • Experience selecting, implementing, and supporting Enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, PLM).
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
  • Previous experience working in mergers & acquisitions, company separation, and acquisition is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of data centers and end-to-end infrastructure.
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to thorough documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proven focus on internal customer satisfaction.
