Job description

Mayvin is seeking an Intelligence Analyst - Integrator to provide direct support to USSOCOM by fusing intelligence needs with open market and intelligence community solutions to enhance mission effectiveness. The integrator will work closely with intelligence, operations, and special mission teams to identify, assess, and integrate intelligence-driven solutions that support USSOCOM objectives.
Must be a U.S. CitizenMust have an active Top Secret clearance
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct program management including market research, milestone events, developmental testing, and acceptance testing within the research and development cycle
  • Develop annual spend plan documentation in support of intelligence needs and conduct inherent activities including facilitation of working groups and analysis of key performance parameters
  • Identify and analyze intelligence gaps, providing recommendations for collection and exploitation
  • Support fusion efforts between intelligence and operational teams to enhance situational awareness
  • Research, develop, integrate, and disseminate intelligence products to support operational objectives
  • Work with intelligence community and interagency partners to coordinate and deconflict efforts
  • Provide briefings and reports to senior leadership on emerging threats, operational risks, and mitigation
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and databases, including Palantir, TAC, Analyst Notebook, and other classified intelligence systems
  • Assist in the integration of new intelligence capabilities into USSOCOM operations
  • Support targeting and operational planning by providing timely and actionable intelligence research
  • Conduct all-source intelligence analysis to support special operations missions and planning

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in intelligence analysis, preferably supporting USSOCOM or SOF
  • Strong understanding of all-source intelligence, SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, and OSINT methodologies
  • Experience working in a high-tempo, mission-critical environment
  • Proficiency in classified intelligence systems, targeting tools, and analytic methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for briefings and intelligence reports
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interagency partners
  • Understanding of the threat landscape, global conflicts, and SOF operational requirements
  • Deployment experience in support of special operations or intelligence missions
  • Training in targeting, threat network analysis, and intelligence fusion operations
  • Previous experience supporting USSOCOM, JSOC, or SOF element

Education / Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, National Security, Political Science, or related field (may be substituted with equivalent experience)
  • Military intelligence experience, preferably MOS 35F, 35D, 18F, 1N, 0231, or equivalent
