Job Description

Working on-site in a campus setting at Oak Meadows in Oakdale, MN, the Lifesprk Director of Life Care will lead and implement Lifesprk Experience and LCM model, financial performance, sales, marketing, and customer service, personnel selection, ,training, and management, vendor relationship management, client billing/AR, meeting facilitation, system and data management, quality management and compliance program implementation, and assist with overall company initiatives.

Qualifications

Leadership, delegation, and facilitation skills, goal-oriented, personnel management with focus on coaching, accountability, culture, and results, analytical and strategic thinking, stress management, tolerance, and flexibility, customer focus, service, and communication skills (written and oral), relationship builder with team and partners, self-directed and initiative; ability to make decisions, assessment and care planning skills; creativity and ability to solve problems, organization and detail orientation, implementation, follow-through, and accountability, and time management and prioritization.
