The roles within ScriptPro’s Field Operations department involve direct interaction with customers, which provides an unique opportunity to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. These teams are involved with the implementation and maintenance of our customers’ environment and infrastructure. This is a technical and collaborative role with the ability to make an impact on pharmacy systems.

Job Summary: The Implementation Manager, Automation Systems will assess client business systems and effectively integrate applicable hardware and software solutions, including system implementations, upgrades, custom development projects, and coordinating new contract set ups with the ScriptPro Robotic System. This person will work closely with other Robotic Project Managers serving as a liaison between the customer and internal teams throughout the Robotic System implementation life cycle, coordinating project schedules, and facilitating tasks with multiple departments to ensure all project phases are documented and completed properly.

Reporting Relationship: Manager, Workflow Systems Project Management

Shift: Generally, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm; on-call during project which may include evenings or weekends. This hybrid role requires a combination of weekly on-campus and remote work with specific days varying based on departmental policy and business need. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Scope of the Role:

  • Work with customers to gather, manage, and prioritize requirements
  • Prepare customer specification documents, interface documents, business rules, data mapping, and other documentation as necessary for development teams
  • Communicate with both internal and external teams, including third party vendors, to ensure all parties are knowledgeable regarding scope of work, timeline, and deliverables
  • Proactively resolve conflicts, handle ambiguity, and facilitate groups to achieve objectives
  • Maintain knowledge of all company products in order to conduct effective installations
  • Manage multiple customer accounts throughout implementation
  • Travel to meet with new customers and gather site-specific information; requires about 30% travel (equal amounts of long-distance driving and air travel)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline, Project Management, related field is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office program suite [e.g. Excel, Word, Project, Visio]
  • Experience with software application installations, client/server relationships, networking, and database structure/management
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively navigate constraints and balance customer and company requirements
  • Ability to evaluate and effectively prioritize competing demands of varying scope and complexity
  • Business-casual attire, at a minimum, is required while in the office and when meeting with customers; personal hygiene and appearance must be well maintained
  • Ability to adjust work hours as required to meet workload and project delivery needs
  • Requires effective email and telephone communication skills, with an emphasis on timely responses, audience-appropriate messaging, and professional etiquette in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate among project stakeholders appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to assess risks/obstacles and provide positive alternative solutions as necessary

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Must have high-speed reliable internet access with a hard-wired connection

  • Must be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)

Employment Conditions:

ScriptPro develops, sells, and supports state-of-the-art products and services for healthcare system customers, including federal agencies such as Department of Defense, VA, Indian Health Services and major hospital systems across the U.S. and Canada. These customers require specific security clearances and health-related tests and vaccines for site access. This position includes responsibilities for ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and privacy policies to support the safeguarding sensitive data, including personally identifiable information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI). Completion of annual cybersecurity and privacy awareness training is required, as the role aligns with the organization’s security posture and risk management practices. All duties are defined in accordance with standardizations to ensure consistency and accountability of the policies.

Working Conditions:

Requires routine use of standard equipment and extended computer use. Employee must be able to sit, use hands and fingers, and occasionally lift, squat, stoop, bend, and reach. Problem-solving, practical learning, and instruction interpretation skills are essential.
