Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU
Location: Bakersfield, CA 93301
Hourly Pay: $60/hr
Shifts: Days & Nights Available
Shift Lengths: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses for a 13-week contract assignment in Bakersfield, CA. This is a great opportunity for an RN who thrives in a fast-paced critical care environment and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Multiple shift options are available to fit your schedule!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients

  • Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to treatment

  • Manage ventilators, drips, and advanced ICU equipment

  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members

  • Respond effectively to emergencies and rapid changes in patient status

  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care

Qualifications:

  • Active California RN license
