Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. Hightower’s capital solutions, operational support services, size and scale empower its vibrant community of independent-minded wealth advisors to grow their businesses and help their clients achieve their financial vision. Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).

The Role

We are looking for a temporary part-time Client Experience Associate to support our team as the first contact to greet clients and answer incoming calls.  Additional responsibilities include maintaining the office, coordinating meeting schedules and assisting with marketing events as requested. We expect this position to span around six months with the possibility of extending to a permanent position after that time. You will report to the Managing Director.

Hours

Part-time position: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, with a one hour lunch break.

What You’ll Do

  • Office “Well-Being”: Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a timely manner.  Ensure office areas are always well-kept and ready for clients. Manage supplies and sort mail.
  • Scheduling & Task Coordination: Assist other team members with client and internal team scheduling.
  • Events & Marketing: Assist other team members to coordinate logistics for internal events, client meetings, and team offsites. Manage catering and meal planning, room setup, and guest accommodations to ensure a professional and welcoming experience.
