Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, high-performance Sales Director & Team Lead to drive Flexcompute's enterprise adoption of Tidy3D. This dual role includes carrying a personal quota focused on named strategic EM/photonics/RF accounts, while also leading and developing a high-impact sales team.

Requirements

Own a personal quota tied to named strategic enterprise EM/photonics/RF accounts.

Lead full-cycle enterprise sales from discovery through close.

Build deep relationships with senior engineering leadership.

Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives.

Establish a data-driven sales culture using KPIs and analytics.

Own the EM-specific GTM strategy for Tidy3D.

Deliver compelling technical-business value propositions for Tidy3D.

Ideal Candidate Profile

10+ years enterprise SaaS/technology/EDA/CAE sales.

Proven success closing large EM, photonics, RF, or semiconductor enterprise deals.

3-6 years leading or mentoring quota-carrying teams.

Strong understanding of EM simulation concepts.

Highly data-driven with strong forecasting and KPI discipline.

Exceptional communicator with both technical and C-suite audiences.
