Tacodeli is looking for a hands-on Director of Operations to lead our restaurants with heart, hustle, and a passion for great food. Reporting to the CEO, youโ€™ll drive exceptional guest experiences, strong restaurant performance, and a culture that reflects what makes Austin special.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Lead and coach District Managers, Culinary and restaurant managers to deliver top-tier hospitality and consistent food quality
  • Drive operational excellence across all locations
  • Turn strategy into clear plans and hold teams accountable to results (labor, food cost, guest experience)
  • Build strong teams by developing leaders and attracting great talent
  • Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to improve performance and processes
  • Regularly spend time in restaurants, observing service, coaching teams, and ensuring operational excellence.
