Why This Role Is Meaningful: 

The Restaurant Director is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the business, leading 120+ team members, and strategic planning of the organization. You will need to be a gritty, high level thinker, with strong problem solving abilities, and a love for collaboration. Applicants must have an attitude of continuous improvement when it comes to our 5 Critical Success Factors: Leadership, Customer Experience, Talent, Sales & Brand Growth, and Financial Stewardship.


The ideal candidate has at least three years of Chick-fil-A leadership experience, or a proven record of leadership driven results from another organization. Prior experience with Chick-fil-A is not required. The option to pursue being a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator or corporate staff member is available for leaders serving at this level of the organization. A passion for the brand, a clear "Why", and a growth mindset is a must for Director level leaders. This position requires an average of 45 hours per week.
