Location: Springfield, Virginia or Chantilly, VA (on site)

Clearance Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current and active TS/SCI clearance granted by the Department of Defense or an Intelligence Community agency. Must be able to pass a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. Senior Systems Engineers will be responsible for overseeing engineering activities of an organization's information systems. They also plan, design, develop, evaluate, test, and integrate an organization's systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software. They guide engineering teams in taking a multi-discipline approach to requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, test and evaluation, maintainability and analysis across the National System of Geospatial-intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-intelligence (ASG) and Federal Agencies to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT.

• Ability to work onsite in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) environment, as required
• Ability to collaborate effectively with government customers, technical teams, and cross-functional partners

• Ability to operate standard office equipment and remain in a stationary position for extended periods
• Ability to analyze requirements and contribute to technical solutions in a mission-driven environment
• Ability to manage assigned tasks and deliver quality work under deadlines
• Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop technical recommendations
• Ability to contribute to systems engineering, integration, and evaluation efforts across the lifecycle
• Ability to support technical planning, risk identification, and system improvement initiatives
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines
• Ability to comply with all security requirements, including handling classified information in secure environments

Education Qualifications:

Years of Experience:

• Requires a minimum of 12 years of work experience in the systems engineering discipline with a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Requires a minimum of 20 years of work experience in the systems engineering discipline with a HS diploma

Export Control: For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
