The Senior IT Project Analyst will work with the Research, PAPD and IT stakeholders to lead cross-functional technology initiatives, drive portfolio governance, and ensure successful delivery of programs that support Regeneron's scientific mission.

When & where:

Based at our Tarrytown, NY location 4+ onsite per week required - this role is not open to fully remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Discover your role:

  • Leading cross-functional technology initiatives supporting Research and Preclinical Development, driving project planning, execution, risk and dependency management, and timely delivery across multiple concurrent programs

  • Developing and maintaining project roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives; proactively identifying and addressing risks, issues, and opportunities

  • Partnering with Research, PAPD and IT stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions; facilitating decision-making and consensus across diverse stakeholder groups

  • Coordinating activities across business functions, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to support strategic initiatives including integrations, transformations, and process improvement efforts

This role requires:

  • A Bachelor's degree

  • 5-7 years of proven experience leading IT projects with a track record of delivering technology initiatives on time and within scope.

  • Previous experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry

  • Proficiency at leading multiple concurrent projects, keeping teams aligned, and delivering results in a fast-paced research environment

  • Expertise at using a variety of tools (e.g., project and portfolio management platforms, reporting dashboards, roadmap and governance frameworks) to drive program execution, monitor portfolio health metrics, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.

  • Excitementy around improving effectiveness by leveraging new technologies that are made available on the job, including AI, Analytics and project management tools.
