Remote Project Manager, PDS - Technology Client - JLL

What this job involves:

JLL is seeking a Remote Project Manager within Project & Development Services (PDS) to support a Technology client's portfolio of corporate interiors (tenant improvement/fit-out) and base building/capital projects. This role helps drive consistent project delivery by managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent projects.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Support end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through closeout and handover (interiors and base building/capital)

  • Partner with client stakeholders to confirm requirements, drive timely decisions, and maintain clear communication

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, action logs, and key deliverables to keep project teams aligned

  • Track budget, schedule, and scope performance; identify risks/issues early and support mitigation planning

  • Coordinate vendors and consultants (A/E, GC, specialty trades) with a mix of remote oversight and onsite support as needed

  • Support procurement and project documentation (RFP support, bid comparisons, status reports, meeting minutes, change documentation)

  • Support closeout activities including punch lists, turnover documentation, and project completion reporting

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or a similar related field

  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting or managing commercial real estate, construction, workplace, or capital projects

  • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change management)

  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills (including in a remote environment)

  • Proficiency with standard business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and comfort learning project systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering both corporate interiors and base building/capital projects

  • Experience managing projects in occupied/operational environments

  • Familiarity reviewing construction drawings, schedules, and project documentation

  • PMP, CAPM, or similar certification (or progress toward)

Location/remote and travel:

  • This is a remote role.

  • Travel of approximately 10-20% may be required depending on project needs.

Estimated compensation for this position:

81,000 - 105,000 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
