Job Summary

As a Healthcare Recruiter on our sourcing team, you will identify, engage, and qualify healthcare candidates across various specialties to build robust talent pipelines. This is a contractor position with commission-based pay, offering complete flexibility in your daily schedule. You will work remotely and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified healthcare candidates for open roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source qualified healthcare candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, and databases
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals across multiple specialties and experience levels
  • Screen candidate resumes and profiles to assess basic qualifications and role fit
  • Conduct initial outreach to passive and active candidates to gauge interest and availability
  • Utilize Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools to identify hard-to-find healthcare talent
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Track and report sourcing metrics, including candidate pipeline volume and quality
Required Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networking platforms
  • Reliable internet access and a home office setup suitable for remote work
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience sourcing for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles (e.g., nursing, allied health, administrative)
