Job description

We are excited to expand our national clinical Care Team and are seeking highly skilled, experienced clinicians (LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, and Psychologists) dedicated to behavioral health work with children and adolescents.

This is not a traditional administrative or compliance-driven role. Instead, this opportunity is uniquely designed for clinical depth. Practice at the top of your license while focusing on evidence-based therapy, crisis intervention, and direct clinical support for students navigating emotional and behavioral health challenges.

Professional Autonomy & Clinical Meaning

• Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy the freedom to design your own work schedule. Maintain a sustainable, professional lifestyle by choosing when and how much you work. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

• Focus on Meaningful Clinical Work: Our dedicated concierge staff manages triage, intake, and scheduling. This allows you to devote your full clinical attention to the one-on-one therapeutic work that drives meaningful outcomes.

• Streamlined Colorado Registration: We welcome both Colorado-based clinicians and providers from any U.S. state. Our team provides support through Colorado’s expedited pathway, which may allow qualified out-of-state clinicians to begin practicing without pursuing full Colorado licensure.

Requirements

• Active, independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD) in at least one U.S. state.

• Proven experience providing direct, intensive individual therapy to children and adolescents.

Compensation

• Premium Clinical Rate: $75–$110/hour, commensurate with licensure and degree level.
