This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments through virtual sessions to evaluate clients' mental health and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling, facilitating sessions via video conferencing platforms.
• Monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes, and help clients cultivate skills in coping, problem-solving, and effective communication.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of client interactions with minimal paperwork burdens.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to ethical standards.

The focus of your work will involve stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for a range of mental health issues. Clients may present with challenges such as anxiety, mild depression, stress management, or adjustment-related concerns. You will play a crucial role in helping these clients navigate their difficulties by delivering practical skills and emotional support through a virtual therapeutic relationship.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, enabling independent practice without supervision.
• Demonstrated proficiency in inter-personal skills, combined with strong computer literacy to navigate digital counseling platforms effectively.
• Stable internet connectivity to ensure seamless communication with clients during remote therapy sessions.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele, particularly in telehealth settings.
• Ability to engage clients and provide therapeutic interventions that respect their cultural backgrounds and personal values.
• Proven track record of developing successful, individualized treatment approaches tailored to client needs.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, you will receive a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team. Benefits include:
