This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, depending on your work hours and experience. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while enjoying a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle. You will be part of a fully remote, collaborative team that uses advanced technology to provide mental health counseling and support. Communication tools and digital platforms will be your primary methods for connecting with clients and coworkers.

• Conduct thorough and ethical individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a supportive and confidential environment.
• Utilize evidence-based solution-focused treatment modalities to effectively facilitate therapy that addresses each client’s unique challenges.
• Develop insightful and personalized treatment plans that meet specific client needs, continuously adjusting strategies based on ongoing assessments.
• Engage clients in meaningful dialogues to help them gain insight into their emotions, relationships, and behaviors.
• Regularly monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, providing constructive feedback and helping them cultivate effective coping mechanisms.

As a mental health therapist with our organization, you will focus on working with stable, low acuity adults experiencing a diverse range of mental health conditions. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting these individuals to enhance their overall quality of life through improved emotional regulation and skill-building.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently in Texas as one of the following:
  
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.

• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong familiarity with EMDR, CBT, or similar therapeutic modalities.
