• Utilize comprehensive assessments to create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, integrating methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through therapeutic challenges while fostering a supportive environment conducive to personal growth and recovery.
• Set realistic and achievable treatment goals together with clients, adhering to all ethical and legal guidelines within the clinical framework.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Regularly update treatment documentation and engage in chart audits with the clinical director.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teamwork by collaborating closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic treatment plans for clients.
• Engage in ongoing quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall effectiveness of care delivered by the organization.

Your work at The Forge Recovery Center will involve direct engagement with clients who are navigating complex mental health disorders and substance use challenges. This role allows you to impact a diverse range of individuals seeking recovery, with a focus on providing compassionate and tailored support. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through recovery journeys, enabling them to develop coping mechanisms and achieve long-term sustainable changes in their lives.

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW licensure in Pennsylvania is required.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of direct clinical experience in social work, with a focus on mental health or substance use treatment settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in case management and a solid understanding of mental health disorders.
• Proficient in using client management software, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and preferred experience with KIPU Systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience leading therapeutic groups and individual sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and practice.
• Knowledge of community resources for referrals and aftercare planning.

The Forge Recovery Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
