• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s mental health needs and develop detailed, person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual progress and goals.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring professional relationships that uphold ethical standards, and provide consistent follow-up to track client stability and progress.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients seeking mental health support. • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• A current, unrestricted LPC license that allows for independent practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
