Job description

LCSW with SUD Experience
Location: Kansas, Remote/Tele
Hours: Full-time, M-F
Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000, depending on experience
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dedicated LCSW or Clinical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with primary Substance Use Disorders. The responsibilities of this role include behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, therapeutic interventions, and crisis response for both adolescents and adults for outpatient and SUD. As part of an integrated care team, you will collaborate closely with medical professionals in a holistic, patient-first model. Applicants should hold, or be working toward, an active LSCW, LSCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license in the state of Kansas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide accurate diagnoses
  • Deliver ongoing individual therapy and crisis interventions as needed
  • Work with adolescents and adults with primary Substance Use Disorders
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team in an integrated care setting
  • Provide same-day care to patients with urgent mental health or substance use concerns
  • Maintain timely and confidential documentation using EMR/EHR systems
  • Standard Monday–Friday, business hours, with occasional evenings on Mondays.
  • No weekends or on-call.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master’s or clinical level (LCSW, LSCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) therapist license in the state of Kansas
  • Substantial experience with substance use (SUD) and serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI)
  • Comfort working with both adolescents and adults, ages 13 and up
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR platforms
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the field of behavioral health
