Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Kansas
Employment Status: Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Remote
Annual Salary: $115,000-$120,000 with full benefits
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Overview

The Remote Behavioral Health Clinician will manage a regular telehealth caseload and provide treatment from initial assessment through discharge planning. This role requires sound clinical judgment, clear communication, and consistent follow-through with documentation.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
  • Diagnose conditions within the scope of licensure
  • Create and update individualized treatment plans
  • Provide virtual psychotherapy to assigned clients
  • Evaluate progress toward clinical goals
  • Develop safety plans when clinically appropriate
  • Meet all documentation and confidentiality requirements

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in social work
  • Valid Kansas LSCSW license in good standing
  • Experience delivering outpatient mental health services

  • Strong time-management and recordkeeping abilities
