Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs, establishing individualized therapeutic strategies that promote healing and growth.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, applying diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care that addresses each client's unique circumstances and develops holistic support plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and client management.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and effectively work in a remote team setting.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred.
• Experience utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
