Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a trusting and therapeutic rapport with patients while honoring their personal experiences and challenges.
• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, employing appropriate treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address the specific circumstances and goals of each patient.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions, offering both individual and group therapy interventions, ensuring continuous engagement and support.

Qualifications

• A valid and active LMFT license is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
