The operation encompasses nearly 800 guestrooms, 15 distinct food and beverage concepts, an expansive food hall, championship golf, luxury spa facilities, multiple resort pools, and a broad collection of amenities that create a highly sophisticated operating environment.

Partnering closely with the General Manager and Executive Committee, the Director of Finance will play a critical role in driving profitability, operational excellence, long-range planning, and strategic decision-making while leading a high-performing finance organization.

This opportunity offers exceptional long-term career potential with a hospitality company that has aggressively expanded its portfolio over the past several years and continues to invest in premier hotels and resorts throughout the United States.

  • Partner closely with resort leadership to maximize profitability and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
  • Lead annual operating budgets, capital planning, cash flow management, forecasting, and long-range financial strategy.
  • Maintain strong internal controls while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, audit preparation, banking relationships, and financial risk management.
  • Analyze business trends and provide actionable recommendations that support ownership objectives and operational excellence.
  • Build collaborative relationships across every operating division, serving as a trusted strategic advisor to resort leadership.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

  • Experience supporting $85M+ annual revenue operations or similarly complex hospitality environments.
  • Strong understanding of decentralized hotel accounting structures.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, capital planning, and cash management.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and business partnering skills.
  • Experience consistently achieving aggressive month-end reporting deadlines.
  • Experience with Hilton financial systems is preferred.

Preferred Background

  • Luxury, upper-upscale, or destination resort experience.
  • Multi-outlet food and beverage operations.
  • Large convention hotel or integrated resort environment.
  • Experience working within sophisticated institutional ownership structures or professionally managed hospitality investment platforms.

  • Oversee a fully decentralized operation featuring:
  • Nearly 800 guestrooms
  • 15 restaurants, bars, and culinary concepts
  • Expansive food hall
  • Championship golf
  • Luxury spa and wellness facilities
  • Multiple resort pools and extensive recreational amenities
