  • Lead factorylevel purchasing for direct, indirect, and service needs

  • Ensure material availability to support production schedules

  • Build and manage strong supplier partnerships

  • Drive cost reduction through strategic sourcing and value engineering

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules collaboratively

  • Monitor supplier quality, delivery, and performance metrics

  • Identify and mitigate supply, quality, and compliance risks

  • Develop and coach a team of buyers and purchasing analysts

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience

  • Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment

  • Strong knowledge of direct materials, MRP, and factory operations

  • Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and peopleleadership skills

  • Preferred: CPP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications
