You are not done there, once an opportunity is identified, you will be responsible to build partnerships internally and externally with both key accounts and startups to create the proof of concepts and business arrangements you will need to move from a high risk idea to something a product line will put on its roadmap.

Your profile

  • Proven Business Development / Deal Making: Ability to sell your ideas to customers, partners, and internal stake holders. Build partnerships. Get NRE's and JDA's signed.
  • Program Management: Structure and run POC's and proof of concepts until they have succeeded and been fully adopted by a relevant Infineon Business Line Broad Professional experience: Multiple experiences in multiple fields and functional roles is key.
  • Hunting zones change, this person needs to have shown a history where they can adapt and add value. Today you maybe focused on Robotics, a year later you may be focused on Quantum computing and the future of the data center.
  • Innovative venture spirit: The ability to brainstorm and see opportunities others don't is key. But just seeing the opportunity is not enough, you need to structure and launch these efforts for quick validation and scaling. This is your venture to run with. Run fast.
