Job description

We are currently looking for a primary care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our private practice in Hartford, CT.

  • Our multi-specialty group has been providing the full scope of primary care services to the community for 20+ years, and encompasses roughly 60 providers in 18 locations throughout the Hartford area.
  • Outstanding opportunity to join our well-established private practice and work alongside a team of primary care physicians and advanced practitioners in one of our offices in the Hartford area.
  • Our practice offers the full scope of chronic and acute care for adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications:
