IT PMO & Change Management Leader
Lead Enterprise Transformation Through People, Process, and Technology
Are you a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of project delivery, organizational change, and business transformation? We're looking for an experienced IT PMO & Change Management Leader to help shape how our organization delivers technology initiatives that drive meaningful business impact.


In this role, you'll lead the Project Management Office (PMO), establish organizational change management practices, and oversee deployment and go-live readiness for major technology initiatives. You will partner closely with executive leadership, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully, employees are prepared for change, and new technologies are adopted effectively.


This is a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide transformation programs, including ERP, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity initiatives, and other strategic technology investments.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Enterprise Project Delivery Excellence
  • Lead and evolve the IT Project Management Office (PMO), creating scalable governance, standards, methodologies, and reporting processes.
  • Provide executive leaders with clear visibility into project health, risks, resource needs, budgets, and delivery milestones.
  • Oversee project intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, and governance processes to ensure investments align with business objectives.
  • Coach and develop a team of Project Managers to drive consistency and excellence in project execution.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, and business leaders on resource planning, budget forecasting, and benefits realization.
  • Champion Organizational Change Management
  • Establish and lead enterprise change management strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Guide stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communication planning, training strategies, and adoption measurement.
  • Ensure change management is embedded within project delivery and business readiness activities.
  • Build and mentor change-management capabilities to support large-scale transformation efforts across the organization.
  • Lead Go-Live Readiness and Deployment Success
  • Direct cutover and deployment activities for major technology implementations and transformation programs.
  • Lead go-live planning, readiness assessments, contingency planning, and transition-to-support activities.
  • Coordinate business and technical teams to ensure successful deployment execution.
  • Support post-launch stabilization and continuous improvement efforts to drive long-term success.
  • Build a Culture of Continuous Improvement
  • Continuously enhance PMO, change management, and deployment practices, tools, and governance models.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery maturity, user adoption, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Promote best practices that strengthen execution and business outcomes across the enterprise.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience leading projects, programs, or portfolios in complex business environments.
  • Experience building, leading, or maturing a Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Proven success delivering large-scale technology initiatives, including ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience leading organizational change management and business readiness efforts.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Agile, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
