Job description

Nursing Professional Practice Coordinator 

 We are seeking a highly qualified Nursing Professional Practice Coordinator to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Staff Education and Professional Development. This full-time role offers a day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a competitive salary range of $39–$80 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and align nursing practices with ANCC standards and LEAN principles.
  • Promote and integrate evidence-based nursing practices.
  • Establish and maintain shared governance frameworks.
  • Enhance nursing professional development and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement professional practice guidelines.
  • Drive patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a resource for nursing leadership and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is a must - Masters Preferred  
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience.
  • Experience in leadership or coordinator roles is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of ANCC standards and LEAN methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for professional development.
