The Enterprise Data & AI organization is a strategic and operational driver of growth for lululemon, owning and building the data and AI platforms and services that enable the enterprise to operate with intelligence at scale. The team leads the design and delivery of a trusted unified data foundation, AI-driven data analytics and insights, and AI solutions across lululemon's vertically integrated retail ecosystem, while embedding strong data governance and responsible AI practices from the very beginning. core responsibilities
As a Director, Product & Program Management, you will be accountable for defining and executing the Enterprise Data & AI product portfolio, ensuring the successful delivery of AI and data capabilities that create measurable business value. You will lead the technical product and program management function that connects business priorities with the Data and AI platform engineering, AI initiatives, and AI research teams, and you will partner with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions and data and AI services.
You will establish the operating rhythm for defining the enterprise AI priorities, portfolio planning, prioritization, execution, and reporting, while shaping the enterprise roadmap for AI and data use cases. Working closely with business leaders, you will identify opportunities to accelerate value through AI, manage strategic technology partnerships, and enable rapid experimentation with emerging technologies through safe and scalable proof-of-concept processes.
Select responsibilities include:
Lead product strategy and portfolio management
  • Define and evolve the Enterprise Data & AI roadmap by partnering with business stakeholders to prioritize AI and data use cases that balance near-term value with long-term strategic impact.
  • Gather enterprise requirements, manage product backlogs, and align business objectives with priorities for the science and engineering teams.
Drive technical program execution and governance
  • Own execution of the Enterprise Data & AI portfolio byestablishingplanning, governance, reporting, and delivery rhythms that ensure predictable outcomes
  • Proactively manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, blockers, and prioritization decisions across business and technology teams.
Accelerate innovation and partnerships
  • Identify and lead priority proof-of-concept initiatives with business owners and AI use case leads, implementing lightweight experimentation processes that safely evaluate emerging technologies and vendors.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with external technology providers to accelerate delivery of enterprise AI capabilitiesand solutions.
Build organizational capability
  • Build and lead a high-performing global technical Product & Program Management organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner across Enterprise Data & AI, Technology, and business functions to enable adoption of enterprise AI and data capabilities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;Master'sdegree is an asset.
  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise product management,technicalprogram management,orportfolio delivery within technology organizations.
  • Experience delivering large-scale data, AI/ML, analytics, or platform initiatives across multiple business and technology teams.
  • Demonstrated success defining product roadmaps, managing cross-functional portfolios, and translating business strategy into executable delivery plans. Experience in retail context preferred.
  • Experience leading product discovery, prioritization, and proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies.
  • Strong understanding of agile product development, portfolio management, and software delivery practices.
  • Experience developing strategic technology partnerships and evaluating external vendors and solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive influence skills with the ability to build alignment across business and technology organizations

compensation and benefits package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$205,900-$270,300annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
