A Director Process Safety Engineer is a senior leader responsible for overseeing and managing the process safety programs within an organization, especially in industries such as chemicals, oil and gas, and manufacturing. Their role involves developing and implementing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, assessing risks, and leading teams to prevent accidents and hazardous incidents. They also collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
