How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Drive Strategic Decision-Making: Partner closely with executive labor leadership to translate complex workforce data into actionable insights, executive reporting, and dynamic dashboards that directly shape organizational strategy.

  • Champion Innovation & Standardization: Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline, modernize, and standardize labor management processes, systems, and technologies across diverse markets.

  • Deliver High-Impact Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities, presenting strategic recommendations directly to market leadership.

  • Spearhead Project Execution & Enablement: Help lead end-to-end labor management projects-from initial planning to execution-and empower teams through hands-on technology training and support.

  • Serve as an Expert Internal Consultant: Provide high-level management engineering expertise to regional ministry markets, solving complex staffing, productivity, and labor optimization challenges.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
