Drive Private Sector Growth as an Account Executive at Trimble

About Us: Trimble's asset lifecycle management solutions connect people, processes and data across all lifecycle phases so your teams can stay confident, proactive and coordinated. Asset lifecycle management reduces the total cost of ownership of your assets while increasing productivity and efficiency in every lifecycle phase.
What Makes This Role Great: You will drive net-new revenue and expand existing enterprise accounts by delivering world-class program management and asset management software. This role empowers you to act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders responsible for planning, design, construction and operations of complex facilities. You will leverage Trimble's and your own insights to transform how private sector organizations design, build, and maintain their facilities.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and qualification to complex negotiations and deal closure.
  • Build and nurture impactful, long-term relationships with VPs, Directors, and C-suite executives across private sector accounts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales Development, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success to maximize account expansion and client acquisition.
  • Deliver compelling, value-based consultative sales presentations and software demonstrations that showcase the measurable benefits our solutions can provide.
  • Formulate strategic account plans, leverage MEDDPIC qualification standards, and maintain an accurate, detailed sales pipeline.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of direct, quota-carrying sales experience selling complex software solutions.
  • Proven track record of successful pipeline development, comfort with prospecting/calling, consultative selling, and navigating long sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and negotiate complex contracts with C-level executives.
  • Strong business acumen and hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM and rigorous qualification frameworks such as MEDDPIC.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills with experience conducting engaging solution demonstrations.

Bonus Points For
  • Experience applying the Challenger sales methodology.
  • Deep understanding of asset lifecycle management, capital program workflows, or related industries.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
