This role leads advanced engineering initiatives, establishes design and performance standards, resolves high-impact technical challenges, and guides cross-functional teams in developing reliable, cost-effective, and manufacturable hardware solutions aligned with long-term business and product objectives.**Location:** Newtown, PA**Salary Range:** 145,000.00 - 165,000.00 annual per year plus bonusPlease note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Pennsylvania.
