Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a high energy, driven, Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As a CREtelligent SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company's sales goals are met, and in doing so, have the opportunity to work side by side with executive leaders across the business to gain a full understanding of our company, product offerings, platform, customer base, and the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) market. We are looking for someone who is results driven and experienced in generating high quality sales leads through a practiced methodology spanning identification, outbound outreach, and follow up, and who brings excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow and progress in their career. If you are a self motivated individual with a passion for sales, learning and growing, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
This role is a launch pad: top performing SDRs have a clear path to advance into an Account Executive or other closing role as they master prospecting and qualification.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
  • Generate net new leads, manage existing leads, and set appointments through outbound tactics including email, phone, social media, and other programs/channels.
  • Represent the company's products and services, using comprehensive knowledge to explain how our solutions simplify the CRE due diligence process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
  • Conduct high volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and social outreach, including a daily cold call minimum.
  • Research target accounts to identify and engage key decisionmakers (Director, VP, and Clevel).
  • Build and execute multitouch outreach sequences, testing messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Qualify prospects against fit, need, budget, authority, and timeline, and book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota for qualified meetings booked, and hit weekly activity targets for calls, emails, and social touches.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene by logging all prospecting activity in real time and keeping contact, account, and pipeline data accurate.

  • 3+ years of experience as a successful SDR or BDR
  • 12 years' experience in a sales or customer service role
  • 12 years' experience utilizing lead and prospecting tools (i.e. Dripify, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone, email)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with potential clients and support a warm hand off to a sales representative
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills
  • 12 years' experience in a role requiring time management, great attention to detail, organization, and followthrough.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong desire and ability to grow and progress within a sales organization
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (CRM) or other CRM software a plus
  • Bachelor's degree and a desire to grow in your career
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with the ability to share prior results (meetings booked, pipeline generated, or quota attainment).
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) and AIpowered sales tools a plus.
  • Interest in or exposure to Commercial Real Estate, PropTech, fintech, or B2B SaaS a plus.
