Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Establish and scale Net Revenue Management (NRM) frameworks, defining long-term pricing structures, promotional governance, and strategic trade-spend parameters.
  • Oversee macro-level channel and customer P&L health, identifying systemic business risks and unlocking high-value revenue streams.
  • Drive organizational accountability for forecast accuracy, institutionalizing advanced demand planning methodologies across cross-functional leadership teams.
  • Spearhead monthly, quarterly, and annual sales operations reviews, translating commercial P&L outcomes into strategic directives for executive leadership.
  • Transform complex financial models, market trends, and predictive analytics into high-impact, actionable business strategies.
  • Command alignment across executive leadership in Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of organizational revenue goals.
  • Standardize best practices, commercial tools, and modern sales tech stacks to upskill the broader sales organization.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision making and provide insight on sales performance.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain divisions to ensure alignment on revenue management strategies to maximize ROI and profitability.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in financial management in sales, sales finance, or related role including sales/marketing/business planning/trade promotion management in CPG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insight.
  • Good understanding of Accounting and Financial reporting processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SCP (Supply Chain Planning) System.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to anticipate business needs and influence change to drive actionable and tangible results.

Pay range: $150,000 - $165,000
