  • Participate in measurement plan development and execution
  • Establish thought leadership around analytics, research, and ad-technology concepts, methods, and tools
  • Turn analytics efforts into clear, compelling, and actionable insights
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively develop solutions
  • Ensure timely completion of scheduled and ad hoc deliverables
  • Manage engagement between Marketing Science and internal and external teams
  • Recommend and implement research supporting consumer insight gathering and strategic processes
  • Provide thought leadership on ad-tech and measurement technologies
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
  • Lead, mentor, and train analysts
  • Present reports, POVs, and other materials to clients by phone and in person
  • Provide high-level oversight during client presentations
  • Manage resources and implement process improvements with Directors
  • Work with media planners and strategists to shape clients’ marketing strategy through data-driven insights
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Information Management, Social Sciences, or Business/Marketing-related fields
  • 6+ years of experience in a quantitative, data-driven field
  • Passion for digital marketing, research, and analytics
  • Demonstrated knowledge of paid media strategy and media analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with others and in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage and prioritize concurrent tasks
  • Ability to explain complex technical ideas verbally and in writing to multiple audiences
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ad technologies and research techniques, including troubleshooting
  • Ability to use predictive and prescriptive analytics beyond descriptive analytics
  • Ability to set individual goals for analysts and measure performance
  • Ability to identify quality or workload issues and reallocate resources
  • Experience or familiarity with SAS, SPSS, R, or other advanced analytics software
  • Experience or familiarity with ad-serving and web analytics tools, including DCM/DV360, Sizmek, Twitter, Snapchat, and Omniture
  • Experience or familiarity with database design concepts and SQL
  • Experience or familiarity with syndicated research sources/tools, including GfK, MRI, Simmons, Scarborough, IMS, Nielsen, and comScore
  • Experience or familiarity with digital ad effectiveness research
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello and Asana
  • Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript
  • MBA/MS is preferred
