  • Collaborate with engineering, product development, and cross-functional teams to gather technical data, define certification requirements, and ensure alignment with product development and launch milestones.
  • Prepare, submit, and track certification documentation with regulatory authorities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely approvals in accordance with established processes.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain certification documentation and records in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and document regulatory changes at the federal, state, and local levels, and support the assessment of impacts to current and future product lines.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of certification processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities as needed to support submission follow-ups, resolve issues, and obtain required certifications.

Other Important Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Quality, Legal, and global Technical Compliance teams to support compliance activities and the resolution of non-conformities.
  • Support interactions with regulatory and certification authorities, including communication, issue resolution, and follow-up as needed.
  • Participate in and support audit activities, including regulatory reviews, site visits, witness testing, and certification-related inspections.
  • Ensure certification activities are aligned with product launch timelines, regulatory requirements, and customer delivery commitments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
