Job Description

- Soft Skills: detailed oriented, tactical mindset, polished, can communicate effectively with director level and aboveย 

- Main Functions: Prepare scorecard decks for all organizations at PSEG, support with bench marking, develop business improvement strategies

- Must have some knowledge of the utility businessย 

- Must have knowledge of Excel, Access, Tableau

- Responsible for some data entryย 

- 3 to 5 years in analytics


Qualifications

Required:

BA or BS Degree or equivalent experience.ย 

Demonstrated organization and high level of analytical and quantitative skills. Must have extensive proven proficiency with MS Office Products, Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated ability to develop new approaches with applicable tools to measure success. Demonstrated detail orientation and ability to work independently. Demonstrated ability to work across department boundaries.ย 

Must foster an inclusive work environment and respects all aspects of diversity.

Must demonstrate and value differences in others' strengths, perspectives, approaches, and personal choices.

Must have a driver's licenseย
