Description

Chevo is hiring an experienced Performance Measurement Program Manager to join our expanding firm in the Washington, DC area. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client's business and become a trusted advisor. ย Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to managing a Federal Stakeholder Outreach and Performance Management program (this is not an IT program). This position provides a hybrid work environment requiring in-office participation 1 day per week.ย 


Duties and Responsibilities ย 

  • Program Manager shall provide senior-level technical and management support for all Contract activities and shall serve as the primary interface and point of contact with client on program issues.
  • Possess comprehensive, in-depth technical expertise and experience with quantitative and qualitative program evaluation designs, methods, and approaches.
  • Oversee the financial and administrative aspects of the contract requirements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently hold, or able to obtain and maintain, DHS fitness determination
  • Minimum of 7 years' work experience in program evaluation
  • Master's or PhD in a relevant field (statistics or social sciences)
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following:
  1. Program Evaluation
  2. Data Collection
  3. Performance Measurement
  4. Cost/Risk Tradeoff Analysis
  • Demonstrated project management ability
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.ย 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting DHSย 

SALARY RANGE: $160K - $180K (subject to change)
