If you've built your credibility in recruitment, sales, training or coaching and still love the commercial side of the industry, this is an opportunity to have a genuine impact on how people perform and progress.

  • Embedding consultative sales methodologies into everyday recruitment behaviours.
  • Running regular one-to-one coaching sessions with consultants across the business.
  • Listening to calls, analysing performance trends and providing practical feedback.
  • Supporting consultants with business development, opportunity progression, account development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Working closely with Directors and Managers to improve coaching standards and consultant capability.
  • Creating development programmes, workshops and learning resources that drive measurable performance improvement.
  • Supporting key initiatives including the Million Biller Pathway and future consultant development programmes.
What Success Looks Like
  • Consultants become productive faster.
  • Onboarding standards are consistently achieved.
  • Managers receive meaningful coaching support.
  • Training translates into measurable behaviour change.
  • Consultative sales capability improves across the business.
  • Consultant performance and retention continue to strengthen.

Why Join Evolution?

  • High visibility role with direct influence on business performance.
  • Ability to shape training, onboarding and capability strategy.
  • Work closely with senior leadership.
  • Opportunity to leave a lasting impact on consultant development.
  • Join a business committed to continuous improvement and high performance.
