Summary of Responsibilities

MAKE A MEANINGFUL IMPACT American Transmission Co. (ATC) is seeking a visionary technology and business leader to serve as our next Director, Business Solutions & Data Analytics. In this highly influential role, you will help define how technology, data, analytics and artificial intelligence enable the future of our business and support a safe, reliable and efficient electric grid. LEADERSHIP SCOPE You will lead a talented leadership team responsible for business solutions, enterprise applications, ERP and development services, AI and innovation, asset data and analytics, and technology portfolio management. This position is located in our Pewaukee office and a generous relocation package is available for candidates who need to relocate.

Essential ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU'LL LEAD
  • Enterprise partnership: Collaborate with the VP of Technology and senior business leaders to align technology and data strategies with ATC's business objectives.
  • Technology investment: Prioritize investments, coordinate resources and strengthen program governance to maximize stakeholder value.
  • Digital transformation: Advance data strategy, business intelligence, operational excellence, artificial intelligence and innovation initiatives.
  • Solutions and analytics: Lead Technology Business Solutions, application development, data analytics and technology portfolio management.
  • Strategic insight: Oversee analytics and models that support confident, long-term decision-making.
  • High-performing teams: Engage, inspire and develop leaders while fostering accountability, collaboration, innovation and customer focus.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 10+ years of experience working with teams to deliver performance outcomes that meet or exceed business goals.
  • Leadership experience across IT, business solutions, application development, data analytics or related technology functions.
  • A record of translating business strategy into roadmaps, capabilities and measurable value.
  • Strong stakeholder management, critical thinking, influence and change leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to tell a compelling story and make complex topics simple.
  • Demonstrated success identifying, recruiting, developing and retaining exceptional professionals.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, STEM, Business or a related field.
  • Masterโ€™s degree or MBA desirable.
EXPERIENCE THAT STANDS OUT
  • Electric utility, energy, infrastructure or another regulated industry.
  • Leadership of enterprise IT functions or technology-enabled business transformation.
  • Digital transformation, data strategy, analytics, business intelligence, AI or portfolio governance.
