About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
MuleSoft is the world's #1 integration and API platform, and the foundational engine for the "Agent-integrated Enterprise". We make it easy to connect any application, data, and device to build an application network that is secure, scalable, and AI-ready. In this new era, MuleSoft enables organizations to transform their systems of record into a dynamic action layer, providing the trust, governance, and connectivity required for autonomous AI agents to deliver real business value.
The Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and collaborative Director of Product Management to lead MuleSoft's growth through our robust partner ecosystem. As a Director at MuleSoft, you will define and execute a global partner-led growth strategy to accelerate MuleSoft adoption, expand market reach, and maximize the value delivered by our ecosystem partners.
You will own the ecosystem map for MuleSoft, identifying who matters, what they build, and where the gaps are relative to our platform strategy. By building close, trusted relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs), specialized SIs, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) you will develop and implement joint initiatives that accelerate our customers' agentic transformations and maximize their impact through MuleSoft.
Key Responsibilities
  • Vision & Strategy: Own and define the global ISV and SI partner strategy for MuleSoft, aligned with broader business unit growth priorities. Translate external landscape signals into concrete "build vs. buy vs. partner" recommendations for product and executive leadership.
  • Solutioning & Co-Innovation: Develop joint go-to-market programs, including solution bundling, technical enablement, co-marketing, and co-sell motions with partners. Define the technical narrative and reference architecture for each strategic partnership, scoping how partner architectures seamlessly snap into the MuleSoft stack.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Alliances & Channels, and Legal teams to advance partner objectives. Act as the primary coordination point across these teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ecosystem Expansion: Identify, recruit, and develop high-value strategic partnerships that enhance and support the adoption of MuleSoft's AI and integration capabilities. Build trusted relationships with executive, product, engineering, and Go-To-Market leaders at partner companies.
  • Market Influence: Monitor competitive cloud and integration ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities, trends, and best practices. Represent MuleSoft at industry events, partner conferences, and executive briefings.

Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years in Product Management, with a proven track record of managing ISV and/or SI partner relationships at a senior level in the enterprise software space (SaaS, iPaaS, or Cloud Infrastructure).
  • Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to maintain a clear vision while evaluating existing product capabilities and building a plan for growth, evolution, and scale through external partnerships.
  • Technical Depth: Deep knowledge of API-led connectivity and integration, the cloud infrastructure ecosystem, and emerging AI/LLM frameworks. Comfort going hands-on to understand how a partner's architecture integrates with our platform.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional ability to navigate and influence a matrixed organization. Strong communication and influencing skills, able to work with stakeholders across levels, functions, and regions to gain buy-in.
  • Customer Centricity: A passion for understanding customer pain points and a relentless drive to build solutions that solve "the impossible" for the world's largest enterprises.
  • A related technical degree required.

In office expectations are 36 days/a quarter to support customers and/or collaborate with their teams.
