Rehab Director Opportunity

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

  • Licensed PTA or OTA. Candidates must be PTAs or OTAs only.
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA or OTA program.
  • Active state license or certification required to start in Kansas.
  • Minimum of clinical experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Experience supervising or leading therapy staff, including recruitment and training responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with developing care plans, therapy documentation, and regulatory compliance for SNF settings.
  • Ability to manage departmental schedules and oversee caseload distribution.
  • Flexible schedule availability to support facility needs.

Role Details

  • Position type: Full-time Rehab Director.
  • Projected weekly hours: Approximately 35 hours per week.
