We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our home health care team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services to patients in the comfort of their homes. Your goal will be to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapists
  • Provide direct therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Monitor and document patient progress and communicate with the care team
  • Educate patients and family members on therapeutic activities and use of adaptive equipment

Qualifications:
