Job description

) Right at Home of Southern Arizona & Southern Nevada was founded in 2013 and operates Arizona locations in Tucson, Green Valley and Sierra Vista and location in Henderson, Nevada.
Our purpose is to improve quality of life by helping people navigate the aging journey so that veterans and older adults can do the things they love to do and live the way they want to live.
We are striving as a team toward the milestone of 500,000 hours of care delivered in a single year by 2028!
Our clients are veterans and older adults who wish to remain living independently at home. They often require companionship, help around the house, personal care or cognitive and dementia support. If you have experience working with aging adults and leading a team of professional caregivers-or think you may enjoy doing this type of work-this role will be a great fit!
We are hiring an Integrator (Sr. Director or VP of Operations) to join our team.
As the Integrator, you will love it here if you embrace the following values:
Put Team First
You are Humble, Hungry and Smart and are committed to a healthy organization above all else. No games. No politics. No Jackasses.
Lead Where You Are
You strive to be a level 5 leader every day, embrace productive conflict and honor vulnerability. You will be open and honest in every conversation.
Get it Done
You are committed and accountable-no excuses. You take extreme ownership. You achieve every goal and complete every task and expect the same from your team. You put first things first and magnify your role and understand that action beats perfection.
Maintain Discipline
You do not want a job but rather wish to operate with freedom within a framework of responsibilities and are consistent in your effort and execution day in and day out. You maintain focus on first things first and never lose sight of the ultimate goal.
Grow Every Day
You deliver superior financial results, make scalable growth a reality, create operational excellence and strive for daily personal development. You lead in a way that requires and supports your team's constant growth. You truly believe that Good is the enemy of Great.
As the Integrator (Sr. Director or VP of Operations) you'll love coming to work every day if you get, want and have the capacity to do the following things:
• Develop a strong working partnership and full alignment with the company owner/Chief Vision Officer.
• Lead, manage and ensure accountability of the company's Leadership Team.
• Support the growth and development of your team, both professionally and personally.
• Own the company's aggressive growth goals by personally sitting in the Sales & Marketing Leader seat.
• Deliver aggressive revenue growth and excessive profitability.
• Help us create what my friend Joe Polish calls an ELF business (Easy, Lucrative & Fun) rather than a HALF business (Hard, Annoying, Lame & Frustrating).
• Ensure the company runs on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) purley.
***Read Traction by Gino Wickman and Rocket Fuel by Gino Wickman & Mark C. Winters to gain a clear understanding of what this means.
You'll have success as the Integrator (Sr. Director or VP of Operations) if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

• Have a voice, offer input, act decisively and make things happen.
• Focus on constant improvement and make things better even if they already work well.
• Lead a team of people to each work within their own unique ability.
• Ensure Client Experience (Core delivery of quality care); Caregiver Experience (HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Retention, Training); and Finance & Administration functions run with efficacy and efficiency.
• Have very strong business and financial acumen.
• Capacity to embrace and heavily utilize AI to enhance every aspect of our business.
• Have a mindset of scaling for growth and lead sales and marketing directly.
***Read The Science of Scaling by Dr. Benjamin P. Hardy for clarity on this subject.
You will also engage in the following ways:
• Meet weekly with the Visionary in the Same Page Meeting.
• Lead the weekly Leadership Team Meeting (L10).
• Lead the weekly Sales & Marketing team meeting.
• Lead the quarterly Leadership Team Meeting.
• Lead the 2-day annual Strategic Planning off-site.

• Gives clear direction
• Makes sure you have the necessary tools
• Acts with the greater good in mind
• Delegates appropriately
• Takes time to truly understand your role and how you can help the company
• Makes his expectations clear
• Communicates well
• Has effective meetings
• Meets one-on-one with you weekly
• Rewards and recognizes your performance
If you do not embrace the above values and operating principles, you will absolutely hate being part of our team right from the start, so please don't waste our time applying with the hope that we don't really mean what we say. You will be sorely disappointed. If you ARE aligned with the above then let's get the conversation started-we need someone like you!
